I'd have to disagree I think that thompkins is a good enough player to see eral playing time. It has never been an issue with his physical attributes, he played very well last spring and players even have commented on his quicknesss and speed. So this leads me to believe that his issues are mental or disciplinary more than anything else, some get it later than others. Look at Tommy Streeter for example.
