Work-a-holic he has the frame to weigh 200 with no fat and no loss of speed
Niki Camp 2 years ago- Herb Waters, WR, (Homestead, Fla./Homestead) The 6.0 173-pound wideout clocked one of the combine's fastest 40-yard dashes at 4.51, but also showed remarkable explosive strength with a 41-foot power ball toss on his way to the event's second-best SPARQ rating at 102.63. Waters, who led Homestead in rushing last fall, is still waiting for his first offer.

That's crazy because he really doesn't look all that fast... He gets caught from behind a lot in his HS tape... If he's really 4.5 fast then watch out! This kid has moves for days and he was probably the best route runner from last years class... He was overshadowed by AJL and Lockhart because he committed so early, but this kid is the best of them IMO... Can't wait to watch him this spring... He'll be 1 or 2 for us on the depth chart by the time he leaves for the next level...
