WR Scott Commits To Miami

  • lol, we have 3 threads on this commit. sigh,.. and i thought there being 2 of every thread was to much. haha

    Carter and sometimes Bill Baskin

  • Guys this is what I think after watching his highlights one thought came to mind , WR …..nope too wild for that he has closing speed very strong and seem in charge whenever he had the ball even though he had in the wrong most of times when running . Rips the ball when he is playing DB and is a ball hawk . Knows how to play WR but is a better DB doesn’t this sounds familiar to you guys ( Shields) Coach Golden is going to make him a CB watch guys he is not a WR , Smart Coach Al Golden very clever man this guy is a genius if he does this move.bow

  • What about Safety? Does he remind anyone of Sean Taylor?

The U and The Strip - life doesn't get much better than this! P.S. - I will always stand with The []_[]

  • Safety perhaps but not like Sean Taylor (R.I.P), he was in another level but he is good at it so we’ll see don’t we !

LMAO are you guys kidding me?

He's playing 1A competition is Melbourne, FL.

    Jesus Christ.

Time will tell if he can play.

This guy is playing in the same conference as three time state champion Cocoa high school who for three years have beaten belle glades and they don't have one 4 star kid on there team. This young man led the conference in receiving and is a great kid that will go to work everyday...

  • if this kid went to Boise, Oregon, Okla St., TCU, etc. he'd probably be an All America and we'd all wonder why in the world we didn't offer... Great job AG, bring in the talent (regardless of stars) and coach them into impact players (like other top notch programs around the country are doing).

  • This is tough because he is playing against bad competition. At the same time he is absolutely beasting out on it. He looks like he has a really good frame and I thought he showed soft hands. He has great football speed, I know these kids aren't the fastest but a couple run downs he had as safety were impressive. He has a knack for making plays on both sides of the ball. Those strips were very impressive. Shows good hips on a couple of moves. Overall I think he could be a real nice sleeper. I would love to see him against better comp.

  • This guy was playing midget white kids and you guys are acting like he's the next coming.

This sites collective board intellect has got to be hovering around "retard".

  • Im not in love with his tape. He looks like he is moving in slow motion. His legs appear to be over striding, yes he is making nice movies. But he doesnt look all that fast and saw one occasion he was caught from behind. personal opinion here. Glad to have him as part of the U. But not "wowed" by his film by any means...

nope its during his offense highlights and its his running style.

  • Heres what his coach had to say about him:

"Rashawn is talented enough to fill a ton of roles and we were lucky to have him," head coach Mike Riazzi said. "When our quarterback went down for a couple of weeks, he was able to fill in. He played running back and slot receiver for us as well."

"He is on the basketball team and plays above the rim," Riazzi said. "He's on the track team where he is a sprinter. He's one of those All-American kids that can do everything well."

"He is a touchdown maker, that's what I call him," Riazzi said. "Some guys just have that ability to get to the end zone and he's one of those guys. He's a physical, good-looking player too. One of the coaches from Michigan State saw him and said that if he gained 20 pounds he'd be their starting strong safety."

"He makes plays with the football and that's what coach [George] McDonald, the Miami receivers coach, liked," Riazzi said. "He does the things you just can't teach."
