I thn he NCAA was overstated with those guys especially with thomas his ass was never coming here but collins i think he did listen to people about that but it wasnt the reason wy we lost him it was the bs and pressure he went through where the Arkansas staff was a safe haven for him so the reality is we will never know if in a fair fight if we would've won

right on adrian, f**k randy shannon even tho. he was good damn def coor. all i can say to collins is have fun eating squirrel and racoons and whatever else roadkill those hillbillies eat

  • These are the kind of kid's we can look forward to pulling in here now even if they have offer's from FSU-UF & BAMA-These will be the head to heads that Miami now can expect to win on when this NCAA finally comes to a close & with the staff & type of recruiters they are. It's gonna be a lot better for us this time around on the trail & I look forward to watching these highly touted kid's rep the 'U" in their games this year. We haven't seen too much of that the past couple years because of this NCAA but-I think AG & crew will lock down some big time kid's & we will see that magical "U" being thrown up a lot this year. GONNA GET GOOD CANES !!!!

That's why I put in there about several years to develop. This K. Clark at Chaminade Madonna at 6.2-6.3 and 310-315 lbs. (junior) is the type than can possibly that play that position at he next level. He has a low center of gravity, explosion and power. Last I heard he was benching 420 and squatting 560+. He also plays NT in high school.

Unless he's put on 25-30lbs since this video was made, it says he's 285lbs. But he is the typical DT found in florida. If you watch his tape, he's an up the field type DT. You put him with 3 other guys on that DL and wreck things like the Giants.

That 285 was sophomore year most updated sites have him 305-315. Friend (Marcos) saw him up close and he himself is 275 at about 6.2 and he said he felt small. I once spotted my friend some years ago with 315 for sets of 3 reps in the 35-degree incline at the Shaq's old gym in P.P. so he would recognize size and power.

  • Was looking at this Courtel Jenkins # 70 from the list above on tape and he is another monster at DT. He also plays at time on the Off. line and has a rather mean streak in him towards defensive players.Power type guy but quickness in first step and decent lateral movement --400 bencher.

good point stout, only reason we lost guys like collins and thomas is because of the NCAA has their heads up their assess. AG did right on this guy. great starting frame canes need big boy in middle with speed

Sanctions or no sanctions Thomas was not coming here...all of these kids don't grow up cane fans (sad truth).

Very good point! Brisco I believe was listed at 6.5 and 312 and this is quite some time back. Moore last year played as a true freshman is one of the strongest if not the strongest guy on the team in leg power around a 600 parallel squat and over 300 lbs. I recall Golden talking about him last year as he was a guy that would shove back but just needed playing time. I recall reading an article by G Lane some time back last year in ITU where DT is a position that even good talent does not make an impact until their sophomore or junior year. I check to see if I can locate the article.

  • Dominic Sheppard - Like this guys all work ethic. In the first meet this year as a junior ran the 300 meters hurdles (stamina) and finished 9th among 8 schools, high jumped 5'10", and triple jumped 38 feet and this is a 235 pound LB.
