UM, N.C. State Excited for Matchup Official Game Thread

The Miami-North Carolina State game in Raleigh back on Feb. 2 was one of the top games in the country this season. The two squads will get a chance for an encore on Saturday in the semifinals of the ACC Tournament at 1 p.m., which will be televised on ESPN.

No matter how good The U does, ESPN is always going to dislike us. I'm going to love it once we win this Championship. I feels good to see the program back on the map. The football team should do clean up with a nice season. It's All About The U

If we win this tournament I think we earn a #1 seed especially now cause of mighty Duke losing yesterday. Btw I was very impressed by Maryland. If we don't win it I predict Maryland will. IMO

This is the championship to me Lorenzo Brown, Scott Wood and CJ Leslie lead to me a loaded NC State team so this will be our toughest game and if we win i think we will deserve the ACC tourney title with our brand ACC regular season title ijs

I don't have a good feeling about this game. There were times yesdterday when the Canes didn't score a FG for like 5 minutes and then another drought for 4 minutes. If that happens vs nc state then we have no chance. However, no way does Scott wood have 7 three pointers against us with Durand Scott ( first team all ACC defensive team) guarding him.

Chris, before tip off starts, can you give us an unbiased prediction of who you think will win? As I stated before, I think NC State is a great team and will come out victorious today. I've been very disappointed with Reggie johnsons play lately and think that cj Leslie and Howell are going to own him.

I'm definitely nervous with this game but it seems like we play down to our competition ever since we hit the end if that streak, so I feel like we will play well
