Closer and more vertical. The seats at Dolphins Stadium (don't know its latest name) grade backwards at a very shallow angle, which lets sound escape. The newer stadiums you practically have to climb a ladder to get to the top. It helps trap the sound and keeps more fans closer to the field horizontally anyway.
