If a website looks pieced together with construction paper and a glue stick and they say anything about "from what Im told" or "what I hear" you would be better off if you just ignored it.

  • I believe it...because it jsut makes sense for one of our players to take the word of an agent, base his decision on that, and act like it holds any weight. I remember Rosenhaus saying that dozens of teams were interested in signing TO this year too...I also remember not one scout showing up at his workout. If Al Davis was still alive, he might have taken him a lot earlier than a normal team would have ( he did take DArius Heyward-Bey in the top 10 I believe), but other than that he has no shot to go on the first day. Im with the coaches on their evaluation...5th or 6th round

  • There is truly no doubt IMO that no player other than Lamar Miller should be considering the draft.

This Drew Rosenhaus character is starting to become a negative for our program!

  • This has been confirmed by Tim Reynolds of the AP. Both families need the money. I expect Miller to go too.

So, this means, Starting QB, WR, RB (maybe), DT, and LB all gone. Recruits have to see this and think they can have a shot at playing early

Just got a tweet from the Sun Sentinel that Forston is also declaring for the draft.

Am I crazy or is he out of touch with reality?

    Carter and sometimes Bill Baskin

  • You are right, Streeter and Fortson have declared early.

    See link

  • So Allen Hurns and Philip Dorsett are our starting wideouts next year most likely....yikes

  • Is there a top WR in JUCO available that AG and staff could pursue?

Stupid. Steets family needs to think of it this way. AJ Green $19.6 million....Hankerson $2.5 million. Suck it up for one more year for 17 mil. I'm not pretending to know their situation but man...$17 million is a lot of money. If someone told me to live out of my car for 1 year for $17 million guaranteed I'd do it. Bad decision. Hank was a 3rd round pick. Small chance unless he is taken on potential alone he goes much higher. Even if he does, its not the first round and the difference in money is huge.

He and Bryce Brown are going to set the combine on fire and go in the 1st round...

    Oh you didnt know??

that is the dumbest thing Ive heard since Brown said he was taking the year off to prepare for the NFL. next thing well hear is that Ray ray is declaring too, or McGee.

Not for sure, but HELLO S. DIGGS! That's a no brainer to me. If PT is something he wants, well what more can somebody want!

  • Streeter hurts looking at the team next year. Really young and raw at that position. As far as his draft outlook based solely on his speed, frame and jumping ability I say 4th-5th round and wouldn't be surprised if he goes in the 3rd round.

Marcus will be really late, if he gets drafted at all. I don't blame him though injuries can scare you into make that jump. While he wasn't too productive his departure hurts the depth. DT just got even more important!!

  • Wow the panic botton has been hit.. Be one Tommy parents as a family are gonna sit down and talk it over because he had a gd talk with coach golden right after his family spoke to the herald and is having second thoughts. Forston leaving to the NFL doesn't make one bit of sense to me. He hasn't played a whole season here yet after he promised we will be playing in a bcs bowl by the time his class lefted. Forston needs a whole year of stats to make a NFL roster and show he can be dominate, and street will be a 1st day pick If he stays one more year. Somebody said something to me bout when I said what a move by rosenhous trying to start his own pipeline from northwestern.

  • Feldman reported 1 hour ago that both Forston and Streeter are signed with Rosenhaus. Goldens talk didn't work.

  • We are now officially in the rebuilding mode. So much for all of the optimism about being able to compete for the Coastal conference next year. We're hurting everywhere except TE, OL, & K/P. This just goes to show you how bad Shannon followed up the with the 08 class.

Yessir. Golden needs to get on the phone to Stefon Diggs and Nelson Agholor. RIGHT NOW. Get them down here for a visit at least...

I wouldnt say we are hurting at QB and RB... We've got some depth at those positions. But WR definitely. Everywhere on defense... smh Hopefully we can find a Sammy Watkins out there.....
