Jethro really isnt the true issue now i wont go through all of them because not all the guys are just as simple as Jethros fault but this damn scheme is bad so it makes it harder on him now i agree he isnt much of a recruiter but Hooks, Brooks, Bain and Johnson all looked promising until some other factor screwed us but he does get stud DE's so it isnt all on him

Agree. Jake Gaither, ledgendary FAMU coach always said that to be a top notch Densive Lineman, one had to be AGILE, MOBILE & HOSTILE. To me HOSTILE translates into aggressive penetration -- versus containment. Our scheme calls for too much containment and too little penetration. Hard to sell to the good ones.
