With the 2011 season already finished for the University of Miami football team, its never too early to look ahead to 2012. Today we start with the quarterbacks.
Does this sound like a rematch of the Kenny Kelly vs Ken Dorsey QB battle a decade ago? Kenny Kelly was the athletic, mobile, strong-armed QB that was a can't miss prospect and won the job, but was gradually replaced by the intelligence and quick decision-making of Dorsey. I don't know that Morris and Williams each fit those categories, but that's the general perception when you hear people describe them. We'll see.
I am super impressed with Golden's opinion of Stephen Morris. I'm excited about next years big play opportunities from the QB position!
Hopefully we can get some consistency at the QB position next yr. I'm for Morris, but I need to see more from him... he's no different from J12 at this point in my eyes, but only time will tell.
Only the greats play here
Lets go Morris. I remember I hated Williams cuz he beat Central in the 4th round of the playoffs in 2009. But he's a Cane now so I love him(no homo)!
Morris is going to benefit from having the same Offensive Coordinator for 2years now....the offense will be more open next year....
Very good article.
