Lol,apparently ole boy drank the FSU koolaid. I actually thought he was gonna choose OSU with Urban(da gimmick offense) Meyer dude was hurt last year but has been killin these camps including Nike. So, no love lost I aint wit da hatin shyt dude can ball but I never thought da U was a good fit for him anyways.

Some of you guys were really happy when he committed to The U. And then talked trash when he decommitted. He is still 17 and remember how we all were. If he doesn't want to be here then so be it. But some of you who trash him now loved him then. The only guy on here who says he doesn't like somebody is my boy Scott. So just let him go and don't sound like some scorned ex!!

I know many will disagree, and I'm not doubting Whitfield because he could be a great player for FSU; but speed is so overrated these days. It seems these days people just look at someones 40 time and judge how good of a player they are. I want football players on my team. It's a good idea to have a few players that can flat out fly, but right now it is more important for Miami to bring in tough, physical players. I feel like many of these "speedsters" have trouble lowering their shoulders and gaining tough yardage for their team. Miami doesn't run a spread, we run a pro style offense which requires smart QB's, tough running backs, and strong receivers. I don't think Miami is hurting because Whitfield is not going to Miami.

No we weren't. Well most of us weren't. He has 11 catches....ALL TIME! How can you say he can ball?

Yea I saw it. Idk about you guys, but if I played football, and got an offer from the U. I'd be on the first plane to Miami. And I would never utter the words "dream school." Its a curse.

I saw his highlight tape on Cane Sports and UM fans loved him. He had 10 catches for 226 yards with 4 of them being TDs. He got hurt,thats why he only had 10 catches.The kid has talent.

I for one have never said anything bad about Kermit. But, I have stated many times that I don't feel we need a WR in this class. We have 5 freshman and AJL already in this class. 2014 is loaded with much better WRs with Ermon Lane, Adly Enoicy ( my 2 favorites ), also Travis Rudolph ( already committed ).

Good moves, sure but all I see is speed, nothing more, nothing less... he isn't the type that we will depend on to carry the WR group, sorry if I am not overly excited over a kid we already have, in Bracy....

I think Bracy is much better than Kermit. I am not hating. If you like what you see, then good pickup. I didn't care at all that he decommitted. I dont know why he had an offer from us in the first place to be honest. I just never liked his film, his stats, etc. I also don't usually like a kid that decommits and picks sonewhere else. They usually bust. That includes kids that decommit to Miami. They are more about the show, then football.

No he is not the type to carry the WR everyone knows that but he still can help us win games. We only have one WR out of 12 like him. Your funny...Im starting to think your a Cane Mod.....Good moves but all you see is speed?!?
