wow he seems really interested. imagine him, thomas and trey johnson in the same class.....unlikely but would be crazy. glad to see blue chippers reaching out to UM again

Trey Johnson isn't going anywhere but Auburn he's just enjoying the process, Hutchings now we actually have a shot at but he likes USC alot but they are limited in there class with schollies only can take 14 i think so Miami defintely has a shot with him..

I think yes, Hutchings is showing interest, but thats all. It is good we are putting forth effort towards him, but this is going to be a hard pull and just like Isiah pointed out with USC having limited schollies, UM is going to be in the same boat, so my opinion is that unless hutching's starts showing some major interest we might start taling off of him somewhat and start leaning on some more localized talent. Again, this all depends on how many local guys UM is already considering and then also how they perform at camp and how many actual LB slots we are looking at filling. It is going to be a first come, first serve scenario real soon. Even though Hutchings is showing (saying) some interest the question is how much is this smoke and mirrors and how much is this true interest. Get a visit out of him and then see where he stands with us and also see what kind of vibe UM coaches get on his interest level......

He sounds like he is a UM fan to me. That Veer offense they run is annoying, STA really shut it down last year, they have a LB this year that is also 6'2 and 215 and is pretty good dying for a Cane offer. Lance Virgile.

I could see him being our Kirby of this year, elite linebacker, with a lot of people chasing him and commits to us out of nowhere, without even visiting, would be nice. Being from Northern California, I'm really hoping he goes to the U, and wears #17

SC fan here, SC can sign 18 this year and fwiw Hutchings has been recruiting for SC. Will probably commit before his senior year starts. Good luck this season

Commit if he wants, signing day is still Feb 2013. Could be a,long shot but I like our chances as much as yours. We had players recruiting for us and then flip... So yeah ur point of information u gave us meant nothing really thanks though. I've seen that recruiting for schools and then signing elswwhere...
