If that happens I honestly wouldn't be surprised if there was a substantial lawsuit filed against the NCAA for unethical procedures. 2 years and you don't find anything yet you just keep drawing it out for what? Wrongful punishment? Sure you could say that we self imposed the penalties however that's because we were led to believe the hammer would come down.

I doubt this is all the case but I gotta think that would happen should there be hardly any findings. Also we could sue Yahoo for libel along with ESPN for hurting our image and any other media outlet. For dragging us through the mud.

You can't possibly believe that this was not discussed with NCAA investigators before the decision was made.

I have said this same thing for over a month now. I think we may have just jumped the gun on this & done something I personally don't thin k we had to. Like I have said-if the NCAA had concrete evidence-NOTHING WOULD HAVE MADE THEM HAPPIER THAN TO JUST PILE IT ON US BUT HERE'S THE SCENARIO-THEY WON'T CAUSE THEY SIMPLY JUST DO NOT HAVE THE CONCRETE EVIDENCE TO DO WHAT EVERYONE IN AMERICA THAT IS NOT A CANE WANTS THEM TO DO & THAT'S BURY US. Well the joke will be on them because, they have to be careful of how the punish us & if it seems even close to a BS punishment-our LAWYERS WILL BE ALL OVER THEM & "u" CAN BETTER BELIEVE WE HAVE SOME OF THE BEST MINDS IN THAT FIELD HERE. I just think we should have played this ACC game & look at what this would have done for us if we beat FSU-We would be closing our class a hell of a lot easier with top guy's than it will be now. Doing this just makes us look like we are admitting to be guilty. The only & I mean the only way I can see anything good of this is-Shalala used her inside personal influence in the NCAA & got some info to warrant this suspension because let's face it, she could really give a dam what would happen to the FB team & would have just said"PLAY IT " if she didn't find something out. That's the only reason I think this decision was made.

YEAH 21- When or if they punish us bro-they have to tell us what it's for so-if it's like I said even close to a BS punishment then, our lawyers will be all over them for slandering our name & all kinds of stuff. But they do have to tell us what they are punishing us for & I can't wait to hear what they got on us & what they deemed true, this is when it will get good. When they finally have to tell us what they are punishing us for or even if anymore punishment comes. That's why I said either 1 of the 2-We jumped the gun & done this to our self for nothing & just looking like we are admitting to guilt or Shalala did do something for once & found out something & that's why this decision was made. At this point, I really don't know what to believe cause, this has been drug just way out entirely tooooooooooo long on just a story from a rogue booster in prison for 1 of the biggest scams in America & the tons of lies he told so, the NCAA has just hurt us more just letting this drag on. If they were on it & had the evidence like I said-they would have already hit us so hard it wouldn't be funny but, they would still have to tell us for what & this is what I can't wait to hear.
