  • Great insight Chris,

    I am very pleased that coach Fisch was not pleased with that performance of his offense,an he let the offense know that it's not accepted to be the standard.

  • Coach Fisch giving a lot of excuses...lol I mean yes some of them are obvious but he sounded like he just used excuses the whole entire article. Dorsett didn't get run down exactly, he was running at an angle away from the safety and then try to avoid the safety's tackle which slowed him up and allowed Perryman to catch him. It was impressive how quickly Perryman chased him down but it wasn't Dorsett's fault that he had a Tackler in front of him. Whatever, I just got annoyed by Fisch in that article.

    Sounds like your giving the excuse. Fisch basically said the players have to step up! He isn't making excuses. He is just disappointed with the offense.

  • Last year the offense carried the team. They scored against and even outplayed many of their opponents (FSU, VT, KSU, OSU). But many of their offensive playmakers are going to tne NFL, so the looks the like the defense has to carry the team this year.

    The defense looks more dependable this year, whereas it was iffy last year.

  • All this sounds like his interview on WQAM......

    I actually thought Williams showed pretty good arm strength. The day was windy and I did not see 1 ball hang up there or make me cringe. he may not be a Morris elite level arm but I do think he can make all the throws. His bench press went up from 1 rep coming in last year to about 6-7 now so his arm strength will continue to improve.
