Let me guess... USF is without their starting QB so this defensive effort has zero credibility..
Sounds about right to me. Lol. Let's finish strong!
Golden is better then Jimbo... I feared it was true. He is going to hoist a crystal ball there - fsufsu
No I did not lose a sig bet, but I am really really really ridiculously good looking.
U think that the 1st half clears him of 2 years of pathetic gameplanning and scheme?
arguing with yourself again?
He's coaching a good game but they just drove the whole field before the half and could've scored a TD if their coaches weren't head cases...P.S. not a coach D hater or fan
No joke Shannon need to b DC
And yea your right that was with the 3rd string qb...I am pleased with the way the defense is playing today though, they look like they were properly prepared

i think this is great choice he bleeds orange and green. Just wonder if he would actually take that job if it was offered to him
I'd take Shannon yesterday, no I meant last year.
TCU needs more fans.
Don't worry they will return next week when we are in a shootout with Duke
Man we have not been very good this year but hey we are getting better, very slowly but we are making some progress. Let him off the hook til mid point next year then all bets are off of we are not much better then our year this year.

Emancipate yourselves from mental slavery; None but ourselves can free our minds.
I just have more respect or him as a DC than coach D. Who would u prefer?
I guess I'm impatient. Especially since his D was garbage last year and I was calling for his head then. This season has just solidified my opinion of him and the type of defense he runs. Not Miami football. And unlike many others, I think our players are good enough to play much better, even though they are young. It's all about playing to their strengths and giving them less to think about.
Randy burnt too many bridges in SoFla with HS coaches and I think he is overrated as a DC. If he was as good as people make him out to be, he wouldn't be the LB coach at TCU.
We were top 30 in most categories.
Burning bridges with high school coaches has nothing to do with coaching... i agree tho someone woulda/shoulda offered him IF he wasn't just good with the SoFla talent...
Really? Aside from his faults as a HC, he did field a competitive defense week in and week out, unlike Coach D. I'm still not seeing what coach D is doing, has done, or establishing for he future, scheme wise, that has so many people sold on him.
The problem with RS is he burned so many recruiting bridges in south Florida that it would be hard for Miami with a lot of kids if he was on the staff.
What categories? Remind me please, I think it was scoring D and maybe red zone D? What about 3 and outs, yards given up, 3rd down D, and other important categories. We rarely ever forced a punt. I didn't like the identity he was giving the D last year or this year.
When your D is full of guys like Vince Wilfork, Sean Taylor, Ed Reed, Jon Vilma, DJ Williams, etc... it's not that hard.
Coach D is playing 12 freshman, 10 true on the regular. We didn't have a single Sr on the field and only 1 Jr on the last drive against UVa. You can be delusional and think that's not a legit excuse but you couldn't be more wrong.
I'm sure he didn't either.
