Bruh, I wish I knew!! They have gone out of their way to hand UM's head on a platter. It seems as if she was trying to make her career signature on this Miami case and ended up losing hers!! I'm sure the university's presidents are taking note!!
Im asking because of the amont of oney they hav given up and the corruption i mean wtf or can we even get them or yahoo with defamation of character just something
Shalala has her sights on NCAA and she loaded the ammo.
one false move by NCAA (like handing us unreasonable sanctions such as additional bowl bans), she will pull the trigger.
not that it will ever get to the supreme court, but she brought in TWO Supreme court justices to class.
if she can bring TWO supreme court justices in a span of a week, imagine the kind of pull she has in government.
NCAA, your move.

I don't see anything criminal coming out of this but that's not what the NCAA is afraid of. What I do see coming out of this is states going after the NCAA's charter as a corporation and penalizing them through litigation. Let's face it, you now have the state of California, USC, Pennsylvania, Penn St, and Florida, Miami, which will be going after the NCAA's leadership. These states will be able to show the negligence which has been rampant in the NCAA leadership over the past decade.
Thats what the NCAA will hate though i mean with all of the sttes befoe the NCAA looked good throughout but now everybody supports UM so now the NCAA looks terrible and they cant hide that they just f***ed up so badly man
