extremely mad.... sorry that I don't take the internet as serious as you... but be my guest if you assume I am mad...
aww did you get your feeling hurt, first step in the 12 step program is admitting denial!
It's all about the U!
Sadly all fan bases do this.
.. yet you seem to ignore that.... UM fans are just as guilty as FSU fans and so forth...
Yup... so hurt... like real bad....
Denial... isn't that a river in Africa
Called ' DIRTY ' and being proven dirty are 2 different things. Besides, as an opposing fan, why do you care about the NCAA's supposed negative perception about Miami??
I know it is a cool story....
Perception is reality these days.
Brick by Brick
"There's going to be a lot of people who didn't stand with us who are going to be remembered for not standing with us,"
Never said being called dirty meant you are dirty.... as I have stated before I think UM did nothing wrong and that Nevin is piece of crap for taking advantage of those players... as for the perception of being dirty that can be worse than actually being dirty .... as others have said perception is everything..
As a fan of CFB first I care what and how the NCAA treats all schools, as they ( the NCAA ) is the most corrupt entity around and does not care who they eff over...
Yup .... sad truth
My silly post are pointing out how Miami does the same stuff as FSU. After FSU put Davonte Freeman on the map in Miami, did Miami try to pursue Freeman? Yes. Wouldn't that fall under the same scenario?
So what you are saying, is yes FSU have done this, you are admitting to this right?
Two self-imposed bowl bans for a couple of meaningless bowls. The payouts for those two bowls weren't even worth the travel expenses. Nevertheless, the fact that its Miami we gotta get something. Yet & still the accusations against Miami have already been investigated & the list of violations are on the verge of being mailed out, therefore hiring Trooper Taylor WILL NOT affect Miami's current situation. You're talking against it cause you know if Trooper comes he's bringing a top 10 class wit em.
Yes he would possibly bring a top 10 class and his reputation with him as well something UM might not need considering the NCAA already has it out for them... you have to weigh the risk vs reward...
My point is that all schools do this! After we received a commit from a guy named Jacob Coker (who was an unknown in his own state of Alabama), Mr. Nick Sabean evaluated the guy and offered shortly after. UF is after Collins just as hard as FSU. We thought Dante Fowler was a lock to FSU until UF sold him at the end, hell even Miami was trying to sway him when they sensed he wasn't as firm to FSU as once thought. it's the game of recruiting and the modern day of Internet message boards!
Both you & your good buddy Cfla don't think Nick Saban heard about the allegations surrounding Jeff Stoutland & Panuzzio? You don't think Charlie Strong got the word that his new recruiting coordinator Clint Hurtt was allegedly the biggest rule breaker in the Shapiro scandal? It's not a question of do they know, the question is do they care? Apparently not. No, neither bama or Louisville are under investigation, but one would think that they would be wary of hiring people accused of breaking the rules, don't you think?
If Miami brings on Trooper Taylor, it should just REALLY consider the possible consequences...
But bring on Trooper - give the NCAA another reason to scrutinize the hell out of your program.
"England expects that every man will do his duty."
- Vice Admiral Horatio Nelson, Royal Navy
Did you ever consider neither of those programs were under investigation.... that is what we have been saying. Considering the NCAA is already looking at UM why bring more to the table for then to question... that is the difference... you have to look at it from all angles...
All you have to do is look at what almost every recruit has mentioned about our sanctions to realize perception is reality and the perception of troop taylor does not help our cause. Pretty simple bro. Saban has nothing to worry about because he'll pull a Pete Carroll if shit hits the fan. That's the difference between Saban and Golden.
You're confusing logic with NCAA procedure...they don't mix lol.
Exactly... this is the NCAA, they do things how they want...
I didn't ask for an example of other programs or what was your point, I asked for an answer, now respond to the question being asked?
Reading comprehension isn't your strong point I take it. We do no different than Miami, we just do it better!
That isn't what he wants to hear... basically he wants us or you to admit that FSU is just following UM around seeing who they offer...
I get what he's doing....lol
