Some on their board have conceded that they won't get Collins, but this is a late offer.
some? lol they all think collins is gone now i knew gran was big in the recruitment but had no idea that him leaving meant it was all over my real question is how much is franklin shitting himself now? lol
John Franklin is sweating
I was thinking the same thing, I have a feeling that Collins will be a great back. I still remember way back when he commited to us and wasn't that big of a name and now he's one of the best prospects. I can easily see him getting some playing time no matter where he goes.
CANE 4 LIFE & BEYOND !! I BLEED ORANGE & LIVE GREEN !!!!
FSU24 will come on here and tell you they wanted Franklin all along.... im still trying to get him to admit they only offered Franklin to help with Collins
They are in such a panic it is hilarious.... and it is way too late for the Green sweepstakes
ijs you guys really dont need another rb you got 3 talented ones coming next year like tell them to stfu
First off I never said they wanted him all along... I said that he was told that they would continue to evaluate him and that they would rather him consider playing DB or WR, which he has and they offered...
Why would I admit to something I don't believe.. as I have stated for a while now, I have felt that as a athlete and a project as a DB he is a better get than Adrian Baker...
FSU is taking 2 RBs this year, that has been the plan all along..
ok...... but no real point you got 3 already, green is coming and if god forbid you guys get that many injuries and go to 4th or 5th string you don't need a 5 star go get a 3 star and be good
An Alex Collins is one of em.
lol you may not believe it, but even my buddies whom are FSU fans say they offered Franklin to get Collins... like I said before nothing wrong with it, good strategy and you have the ability to take a project
You recruit for the future...and you recruit the best...
Again that is of their opinion and not a fact.. fact is only those on the staff knows why they offered and accepted his commitment, we can speculate all day long but in the end of the day it is only assumption and speculation..
and you can develop a 3 star we have in the past so can you i mean green is laughing at this offer, and i know ya'll can easily get 3 star stop whining like bitches because you lost collins get a talented guy, coach him up and make him a stud if your coaches can
Maybe.... He is tops on the FSU board
Why would Green laugh at an offer... Did he laugh at all the other offers, no... An offer is an offer...
Again you can develop and coach up a 5 star just as easy... I mean you are acting like FSU is dumb for going after the best players and not just trying to grab every 3 star to develop them...
FSU is looking to take 2 Rbs... you have to have a back up plan, and you never know what a kid will or won't do as far as recruiting goes... I mean I am not sure what the deal is with FSU offering Green... Will they get him, highly unlikely but at least you can give him something to think about..
I love that they do that look at LSU and Bama i just don't like how its armaggedon you guys are stacked at rb, so you miss on collins if you want to offer green cool but the man unless FSU is his dream school won't go there so offer a kid that is local and wants to go there, a sleeper just what i think
Dream school or not, as a coach you go after guys you feel are the best and will fit the best...
No one is saying we get Green, but you offer for that possibility of getting him.. Recruiting is very fluid and anything is plausible...
What makes you think FSU doesn't have offers out to other kids who would commit to FSU..
If you can get a Green over a sleeper or a development you go for it, you don't leave no stone unturned...
