I want this kid as a saftey, I want lammons n patten as our cbs
Been waiting to do this:
...........Even sponge knows its about the U
Yea I'd take him as a cb or safety. it's crazy its just got to be something else that Miami sees is it bad grades/ attitude, did he shoot at his pop warner coach? He had to do something because its no way miami can be this dumb.Atleast tell his where he stands with a offer. And the unfortunate part is we can kiss jordan Scarlett goodbye too if this continues because he and Wilson are good friends. It's possible we would have locked up jordan with Quincy. Now watch ppl get upset when the Top 2015 RB goes elsewhere and says he's not loyal.
He has bad mouthed miami for some time a little like Matt Thomas. Now i understand being dissapointed at not getting an offer but i have also read that they have kept in touch with him throughout the process just like some other players in this upcoming class and last class who they offered either in the summer or in their senior year and they eventually came to UM. I do think that they have expectations with Quincy to be a top guy and also are confused if he's a safety or a cb so this summer if he goes to a camp he can earn the offer once and for all and then we will see but the only reason why this is so damn controversial is because Quincy is making it to be feeling entitled when in reality oos schools are going to always offer early or they get left out but the local schools can build relationships and watch him the most to get an idea if he fits he just needs to chill and wait then see what school fits him.

Only the greats play here
Is it more important for him to be a Cane or for him to be a Cornerback? If he truly believes the answer is for him to be a cornerback, and that's not what best helps the team.. then why would we want him? It's really hard for me to believe that if he was as talented of a cornerback as he thinks he is we wouldn't pursue him as such. But maybe that's the case.
There's going to be a guy like this in every class. Sometimes you find gems. Sometimes you miss blatantly. It happens. As long as there's only one or two of these guys and not 5-6 I think we're doing okay.
Ill explain this Quincy situation like this, a recruit is like a good nightclub and the out of state schools are like the regular tourist or just ll around average joes in the area who have to pay to get in early or they feel left out by everybody hyping up the club aka the recruit. UM or any local school for a top recruit is like the rich celebrity who lives in that area who can get in for free at anytime they want because of who they are. Once you get inside the out of state schools look at the scenery, what the club/recruit can bring to the table whether its size, speed, athletic and just what position the player will play. The local school since they come in anytime and get vip treatment sees everything just like UM is watching Quincy more then anybody .Now if the out of state schools or the local schools dont love what they see they wont pay for vip, or for bottles all night because they aren't impressed, in Quincy's case he wont get the love from all these schools even with the offer because now that they're inside and really are looking around they realize i can do much better.
My point is this Quincy has over 30 offers and i guarantee half of those schools will cool down on him because they wont be in love which is why as good as he is i havent heard much about him being a top 10 talent in Florida much less South Florida but UM is taking their time to know if he's their guy so he needs to be careful because teams may not be feeling him in the next few months
