That should be the next statement to come out of the Yahoo Sports Division, or agency, or whatever they claim themselves to be.. A reputable news organization they are not!
The guy is a writer for college football. He writes an article completely based on a former employee giving a damning sworn statement about a major college football program. If he had not written this article he should be fired. He didnt make anything up, everything was gathered based on sworn testimony. He even got the phone records to match the story being told. Whether its true or not is not for him to decide, he simply wrote the article, and backed up the statement in the sworn testimony with interviews of former hurricane staff members and phone records.
