GTFOH LOL #45?? #5 in the ACC??? This is our second yr under this current regime we will be better than 6-6 and we won't fall further than #3 in the ACC IMO

It looks like they don't even think we can win 6 games...dayum. I think we win 7 on toughness alone!!! I'm worked up over this impassioned review.

I think it's an honest non-biased opinion. We went 6-6 last year with a better roster versus a similar schedule. We only have four starters returning on offense which looked woeful this spring. The weaker teams we face are Boston College, Bethune-Cookman, Virginia, USF, & Duke which we went 3-2 vs last year. We should be happy if we go 6-6 & we'll return everyone of importance on offense next year save for Mike James.

I personally think is a fair assessment, however we will prove many wrong; the team has gotten stronger and faster. That alone is a huge difference from last year's team and to top it off Stephen Morris knows the playbook very well which in transition has helped others understand it a faster pace

How is this not a fair assessment? we were 4th last year in the division and NO ONE would have predicted that at the beginning of the season, I said there was no reason we couldnt win 9-10 games. I still find it ironic though how some fans continue to maintain that whatever we actually have is THE reason were going to win each year. LAst year, we were going to win because of the experience we had and lots of returning starters. Now that we went 6-6 last year, experience is no longer needed and its actully a good thing taht we got rid of the "Shannon guys". This year our youth, "drive" and sheer determination (as well as other things you cant quantify) is going to have us competing for the division and ACC championship?? come on, why is it a bad thing to call this year what it is, a rebuilding year, although we still might have a slightly better record than last year, which was just a cluster$%&* down year. I wont be suprised by anything unless we win something other than 5-8 games because we are an average team in an average conference.
