Well, Brannen, the kid's gotta go SOMEWHERE! I got a ton of respect for all the Florida schools and even though Miami would be my dream school as well, if they didn't offer, I would have to look at FSU and/or UF if they offered. Just remember, we're fans, but when you're a player first and fan second, it's a whole different ballgame.

I agree if it's your dream school what are the hang ups. To me he is iffy because the canes haven't been very good for the last 6 to 8 YEARS. I say let this year be the start of a new era. Once a cane always a cane.

A dream football team is not always an ideal college. I'm a die hard but if I had the option to leave my home state and play anywhere in the us I'd take it slow. Miami unfortunately is still in the acc and is still unproven coming off 7 and 6. He's still got a full year to decide. Give the kid a break.

everyone relax and remember when you were 17-18 yr olds. yes UM is the dream school but if you have other big time schools looking at you, you would at least take the trip? i would, i mean i would still go to UM cuase thats my school, but then you wouldnt get the free trips....come on guys these are kids, they might never leave Florida if not for the free college trips.....give the kid a break....
