I think the Yanks are fine. Their rotation is better than people think and with that lineup, you don't have to throw a 3 hitter every day to win games. Don't forget the Yanks led the majors in runs scored last year and I expect them to be top 3 this year as well. I love AJ Burnett and not many people do, but like Curt Schilling said, "He has the nastiest stuff in baseball." It's always been his location and to me, that's been corrected. He needs to win 15 for them this year, not 20. Hughes is gonna keep getting better and they need 10 total wins between Garcia and Colon which I think is gonna be easy. The Yanks also have hands down, the best bullpen in baseball. You got 7 innings to score against them bc it's Soriano in the 8th and Mo in the 9th. Yanks and Sox are gonna have some classic battles this year and I'll be at the majority of them. The Bronx will be electric today and I'm heading there now....jumpin' on the B train boyz!!! Good luck to your Braves (I'm gonna miss Bobby Cox. Absolute LEGEND.)

Good way to start the year! Anytime you get a W over Verlander, that's a plus. Yanks took a lot of pitches in that game and Verlander's pitch count caught up to him. It wasn't that cold.....well, not when you have 10 large Miller Lites! LOL....

Everybody always takes prospects and if you're the Yankees, you give up everybody in the minor leagues for Hanley. When they in 4 years are all stars and up for a contract, you just resign them. I don't understand why Cashman doesn't get this... Sox fans beware. Everybody thinks they're better than the Yanks, but let's look at the Sox rotation....after lester and bucholz, who? it's a disaster. And worse than that is their bullpen. The Yanks sign Soriano (led the AL in saves last year) to be the SET UP MAN for Mo. That gives a team 6 or 7 innings to score against the yankees in a tight game and that's exactly what happened to the Tigers yesterday. Our starting pitching isn't even close to the Phils, but in a seven game series, you're getting CC 3 times and the bullpen is coming in the 7th!
