Jedd Fisch spent two seasons at Miami (2011-12)
Offensive coordinator Jedd Fisch has left Miami for a corresponding position with the Jacksonville Jaguars according to multiple reports.
Fisch spent the last two seasons at Miami and helped engineer an offense that finished fifth in the ACC averaging 440 yards and 31.4 points (sixth) a game last season.
He leaves behind an offense that returns its top passer, rusher, and receiver in addition to all five starters on the offensive line.
Fisch returns to the NFL where he has spent nine years as an assistant with Houston, Baltimore, Denver, and Seattle, but this will be his first offensive coordinator job in the NFL.
He is re-uniting with Jaguars head coach Gus Bradley as the two worked together in Seattle in 2010.
