Duke is right the Basketball team is the best on Campus, the key is for the Football team to match their intensity.

Apparently you never played in the trenches. It's 1 on 1 drills. That exact look happens quite often. Someone slips & it's over. Not a big deal.

True but there is a video going around of today's practice and the oline absolutely dominated the dline in 1-1 drills. Seantrel in particular owned chick at least twice. Really excited about how big our oline looks, should easily be the best in the acc

I don't doubt it. Usually in 1-1 drills someone looks foolish... Don't get me wrong there are stalemates but generally speaking, someone is gonna get owned. (Probably wont be the 6'8 330 lb beast either lol)

That was never an option. If we are in a nail biter type game & need a big play I'd imagine AG would stick him out there though.

In 1 on 1 drills you normally start slipping when you hit a brick wall or you have lost any kind of leverage when the person you're going against is in a better position or has beaten you to the "point" which obviously happened from the photo!!! Chick got creamed straight up!!

After watching the video... Seantrel and Chick was a stalemate... Chick didn't get moved off the line at all... Both groups have a bad habit of lounging out and not driving their feet through the first initial contact.... you can't get dead leg... I seen a lot of bad hand placement by the D line too... the man who controls the breast plate will win every time in the trenches...I like the fact that both groups are getting nice and low and showing knee bend instead waist bending...I like to see them firing out and giving their all .. You can teach the technique but the player has to have HEART... #DamnIMissCoaching

I'm actually happy Duke will not be returning kicks. He can focuse on rb. Running kicks raises the possibilty of injury plus wears tou out doing both. We have plenty if guys that can do the job.

I agree... I'd be sad normally, but we have other ridiculous return guys, starting with Artie Burns... The three freshmen he named all have great vision although Corn and Artie are faster than Carter... Can't wait to see them all on the field...
